The merchandise was available, and I hope will fit. The price was what I expected. My only problem was waiting outside the store!

Everything was organized. The sales associate was very nice. The store was clean and no one was rude. The sales associate help me pick out charms that fit me and my friends.

My sales associate was Kelly H 1184267 at the Woodfield mall she was amazing.So very patient an kind.As my husband and I are older we had several questions and being hard of hearing and my husband not understanding anything about this type of fashion was asking so many insane questions!!lol However Kelly was just an angel in answering.

While waiting in line saw the staff completing an extensive cleaning. Upon entering, Stephanie was available to helps. She was able to direct my kids to the perfect charm for Nana!

It was fast, the rep knew answers about the bracelets I had in my phone ready for purchase. They didn’t have it in store so she showed me a different kind and it was love at first sight!
