The associate Kelly was quite helpful in helping me make my choice. Sometimes shopping for gifts can be overwhelming. There was orderliness in the purchase process. I would like to more variety in the products displayed and proper analysis of the product bought.

Gigi was friendly, and knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns, and addressed each with skill and confidence from her experiences. Love my new charms!!

I was very satisfied because they had exactly what I was looking for. The necklace, pendant and earrings. Also I was being waited by 1 sales person, but another one over heard what I was looking for and stepped in to help. Excellent

I’m highly satisfied with my experience because of all that has been going on with COVID-19 the staff was patient and took every customer with care. Grant it they could only take 5 people in the store total, they were still careful and tended to everyone with ease and were very nice. 🙏

The store was very organized in taking great care to take care of customers during Covid-19. They had a nice line formed and the staff was very pleasant and friendly when greeting customers , you could see that they were disinfecting in between guests and the girl who waited on us was very sweet and patient. I enjoyed my experience however this is not my usual place to shop because it is pretty far from where I live. If I lived closer I would go back because of the girl who waited on us, she was great.

The store was very clean. Only a certain amount of people were allowed in the store which was very nice. My associate was very helpful and very nice.

The associate was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. Asked if there were other items I was interested in. Also put my name on a list for an item that was sold out and will call me when it comes back in stock. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the associate.
