The Pandora store at Woodfield Mall is always top notch. Friendly sales staff, and they all have excellent knowledge of their products. My wife now has at least three bracelets and my mother has one. It's the best gift I ever bought them. When I need a gift I just go get a charm.

Staff made sure customers participated in social distancing. They staff was intentional about wiping down after each client left. I also really appreciated how although there was a line to get in the store, staff member didn’t make me feel rushed. She was very efficient, professional and kind.
