Natasha was very helpful and assisted me with a problem. I went to Deer Park where I purchased the bracelet and the girl was just not helpful at all. She just kind of shrugged her shoulders and said “ No you cant exchange cause its over 30 days so your kind of going to have to deal with it.” I was not happy at all. I have arthritis in my hands and never wore the bracelet cause I could not pull the ball up to get it to fit. She basically just was king of...too bad! Not customer friendly or helpful so I decided to call Woodfield. They were so helpful on the phone and said just come in with the bracelet and we will make something work for you. Right when I walked in and asked for the manager she came over and said”lets see how we can help you.” I will never go to the Deer Park store again. Such poor service and just the attitude alone was enough.Thank you Natasha for helping me and making me love my bracelet again.

Found exactly what I was looking for, did not have exact charms I was looking for in stock but sales representative suggested great replacement
