After having a disappointing time @the Deer Park location there were only 2 salespeople and 4 guest waiting I left after waiting for nearly 30 minutes with observing that the sales clerks were not ant where close to finishing up with the guests that they were working with. I was able to be helped as soon as I walked into the Woodfield and very pleased with the help that Grace provided.

This was my second time to this store and Crystal took care of me and she was awesome!!the first I was there a girl named Daniela waited on me and she was awful! She looked so unhappy and she she sold me a bracelet but I bought because I really wanted it. She hardly spoke to me no smile on her face, then she never saved my information on their iPads. So unprofessional!

The ease of selecting what I was looking for helped. The sales associates were very helpful. It was my second visit in 2 days in a row and each time was efficient and fast. My girlfriend loved the gift.

I was at Pandora the day before and my girlfriend wanted this one ring but bought a different one. She almost bought both but didn't want to spend money. I returned the next day and within 5 minutes had made the purchase. Unfortunately, the ring was the wrong size and we had returned a few days later and the exchange was fairly simple. All in all, after 3 visits, we had spent all of maybe 30 minutes total and walked away with 2 great purchases. Will definitely be returning soon for more.
