I went to Store #0162 and was assisted by Debbie R. She couldn't have been a better help. My mom gave me a ring on my 21st birthday - and it was my first pandora ring! I was so excited. I wore it every day until it broke. I explained what happened and even though it was past the warranty date, Debbie understood and replaced my ring free of charge. I was holding back tears! I am still speechless - and I don't think you will realize how much it meant to me to have her be so understanding and helpful. She truly made my entire day - if not week!

The store was very comfortable to be in and that was because of the kindness we received from the manager!
