Staff was very helpful

Ms. Jenn was our Associate for this transaction and she was amazing from start to finish and really took her time with us while completing our last minute mothers day shopping. My only disappointment was the low inventory at the store considering mothers day was shortly around the corner as well as you'd discontinued charms but haven't come up with a replacement for aunt or grandmother charms.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. We are always in and out quickly. The store is well organized to avoid over crowding

Maricruz provided great customer service and also was very patient. I believe the store manager was there as well, don't recall her name although she was very nice as well. Overall first time purchasing anything from Pandora it was a nice experience.

Great customer service Amazing sales associate

I went o shop for a Mother’s Day gift. I wasn’t sure exactly what to get so I asked the sales person to help me out, her name was Katherine. She was super patient with me and I did not feel rushed whatsoever even though it was about to be closing time. I kept changing my mind on what jewelry piece to pick and not once did she seemed bothered to bring out other options I might like. Katherine was helpful, friendly, and super helpful. Thank you, Katherine for making my experience a good one.
