I came into the store to get my bracelet cleaned Katie was VERY VERY helpful. While cleaning my bracelet she noticed my mini mouse charm was broke & was quick to exchange it for a new one! I recommend she be assistant manager she I very well mannered and polite and carries herself very well. I will definitely recommend her to anybody that comes in to your store. Thank you greatly pandora for all your help.

Heather, our sales associate, made us feel welcome from the moment we approached the store. Rather than look through the whole store, we asked to see specific items and she brought them to us. Heather was very helpful and we found just what we were looking for.

I was highly satisfied because I was in and out very quickly. The saleswomen was very nice and when I asked to get a previously purchased ring cleaned, she was happy to do it. I was not stressed and I felt very at ease in the store.
