Pandora Jewelry

Very helpful and friendly associates. Only wish is that they had a little more 'younger' jewelry available. My teenage daughter lives the store but I think a lot of the items are a little too much for her age.

The sales people were extremely nice. Everybody was friendly though there were a lot of people. The sales associates did their best to try to reach everybody although this is hard to do when some people take more time than others. However, overall, it was a pleasant experience as always, which doesn’t come as any surprise! :)

I was super pleased with Asen! I walked in with an exchange and wasn’t to sure what I wanted to exchange it for ( earning, necklace or ring). He was super helpful and take his time showing me all of the items and answers all the questions i had. He made me feel extremely comfortable and very happy with my chooses.

I did not have to wait as long as in the past visits to be helped. The associate immediately knew where the charm I wanted was located. The check out was fast.

Katy, the person that helped me, was very nice and friendly. Every question I asked she answered very nicely and respectfully. When I asked her about a ring size she was very nice to tell me how the sizes work and what they mean.

I love everything pandora offers from deals to all the merchandise they carry! Schaumburg,IL is a good store to shop at! I totally recommend this location and there workers there as well!
