I did not have a long wait after sign in at the door. The sales associate was very nice. I appreciate her finding a charm that matched the lock they were out of at the time.

It was a friendly environment. I was treated with patience and helpfulness. I had a good first experience shopping for Pandora.

My associate was amazing! He helped solve a problem with the way my charms were laying after I had my original bracelet and charms split into two. I wish the original sales person could have forewarned me the charms were going to bunch up under my wrist. He added two more stoppers and rebalanced the charms. He had an incredible eye and was really helpful. I do not know his name but I hope he gets to read this and know how much I appreciated his help!

There was many people waiting but the hostess gave me reasonable expected wait and the saleswoman was very polite and knowledgeable. she made some great recommendations
