Well it was my first time to buy a ring and I was looking forward to have a pretty one and the girl who was standing was so accomodating after looking inside my friend and I were next then Katherine help as to have the rings we wanted. She’s a bubbly person and wasn’t boring, she’s very friendly and she’s a very big help about the size of my ring. I didn’t feel so rush. She is really great!

Because the associate was very helpful and very friendly. She also was knowledgeable of the merchandise. The store was very clean, and she was attentive to our.various requests, she also had no problems with explaining the store credit card procedure to me, as well as the $100 or more free gift being offered.

I walked in the store to look around at the different new charms that arrived when I was greeted by Daniela, she was very polite and helpful. I couldn’t decide on what type of charm I wanted for my bracelet. she handed me a booklet to take home and look through. I then asked about necklaces and sizes. She showed me a couple and I finally decided the type I wanted she was very patient and friendly. Thank you for making my shopping experience wonderful. You went far and beyond.
