Katie B. did a great job in not only exchanging the one bracelet that I needed to return but also letting me know they were on sale so I purchased two. Great and friendly experience.

Had gone to the store originally to just look around. Got greeted and helped right away. Lubna K was assisting me and helped me find something i liked, which lead to me purchasing a charm. Was very satisfied with all of her help and my purchase.

I was not rushed. The sales associate was extremely helpful. Even when the store was very busy.

Vanesa had provided excellent service to me. She gave me a very smooth and easy exchange from my defective charm. She gave recommendations on new charms selections. I am very satisfied on this visit and will definitely return again at the Woodfield Mall location.

Everything was perfect i Love the store

The store was empty when I walked in. There were several sales associates in the store, and I was greeted immediately. The sales associate was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and my Pandora rings (that I was wearing) were cleaned while I shopped.

I had a damaged item and I’ve been to 2 other Pandora stores before this and they weren’t helpful at all. Daniela helped with my damage and another exchange no questions ask! It was great!

I was able to get right in and out and the associate was nice and friendly.
