So the original associate that helped me with my original purchase unfortunately gave me the wrong charm. However, when I went back to fix the situation the associate was very kind in helping me.

Had plenty options to choose from of charms for my bracelet. Everything is perfect with the choices I chose for my bracelet.

My one charm got messed up, and she fixed it for me. Employees willing to help. Always have what I want for my bracelets, and got my first ring.
