Very happy with the service had no idea what to get the wife, but the sales lady was really honest and helpful. She really knew her pandora bracelets thanks to her i got a good christmas gift.

The sales associate Perla, was very friendly, helpful and patient with us. Perla's enthusiasm, personality and knowledge about merchandise was awesome. Although, I live in Chicago I would definitely make the drive and visit this location again, just to have her assist me.

The gallery was clean and light nice and clear and the air was cool so your not sweating with your coat on!. The lady I spoke withPam at Woodfield Mall was so pleasant and explained how to wear the bracelets. She assisted me with what charms goes well with each variety too. Thanks Pandora!
