I received great support and help from Aden B. He was friendly, efficient and kind. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes.

The sales associate, Pam from Woodfield, knew exactly which tray of charms to show me when I said I wanted "bling" & wanted to change my bracelet up a bit. I had no idea what I wanted, as you have so many to choose from. She made a couple of suggestions & showed me others that went together with my choices. I ended up selecting all three that she suggested & I love the look of my bracelet!

I have a very good, efficient and very knowledgeable associate , Asen B that helped me thru the whole process of making good choices, not only in styles but also in color coordinations...Excellent choices...and I was very, happy and pleased with all 6 choices of different charms that I got with Asen's big help.
