Niki helped quite a bit and was very patient with us. She was sweet and welcoming. The staff was quick and efficient and got us in and out as quickly as we needed.

I wanted to take advantage of the free bracelet and I ended up buying a ring and a new pair of earrings and I just love them. The sales person (Crystal) was very helpful and patient and took the time to show me everything I was looking for.

I usually don’t spend time doing surveys, except when I really appreciate the help of the sales associate. My experience at the Pandora store in Woodfield so far was good, but I’d like to specially mention the sales assoc who helped me in my purchases. Her name is Haven, and she is very nice and professional. I bought some items on Pandora online. I brought it to the store to have it polished and I told the SA (Haven) that those were presents, and she gladly made it look even nicer and put them in nice pandora bags.
