The store in Woodfield Mall is clean and neat. I have been to other Pandora stores and the one in Woodfield is serving way faster.

I walked in to find some matching earrings for a necklace and charm I had bought over a year ago. I did not find the exact ones I was looking for but the sales associate helped me pick out a nice pair of earrings. My girlfriend loved them so it went well

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience for three reasons. One was because I was asked if I needed help finding anything or what my interests were when I first walked in. Secondly, I liked how I was able to easily roam through the store and look at the displays and the beautiful jewelry there was. Thirdly, I was satisfied finding something I really liked and at a really good price! My first time shopping at Pandora was great. Sadly, they did not have the original shopping bag available today!

Pamela, woodfield mgr was very understanding and exchanged my broken bracelet. Jennifer was a HUGE wealth of information I was unaware of when I purchased my bracelet at a different location. I will definitely ONLY shop my Woodfield store, their customer service was FANTASTIC.
