The sales associate was able to help me exchange the item that I needed to. She also helped me in deciding the next item that I wanted to purchase by showing me the two items that I wanted to choose from. The sales associate was very friendly.

I brought my very tarnished bracelet into the store with the thought that i’d have to buy a new bracelet because of how awful mine looked. the sales associate showed me that they are able to clean the tarnish off with a cloth and she took my jewelry and restored my super tarnished bracelet and super tarnished charms back to shiny silver! She explained how to clean it and how to store it for future reference. she also helped us pick out two new charms!
