My sale rep. was very nice and pleasent. I only came in to buy a safety chain for my co-worker. She start telling me about the great promotion that was going on. If i spend $150 i will get $50. Well my bracelet was full already but i do have a bangle that i got for Christmas. After looking for a charm. I seen the rose gold bracelet and thats when she offer the next promotion spend $350 and get $125 off. Needless to say I ended up buying another bracelet and two charms and two clamps. Im so please with my purchases i made

Shopped with a $100 gift certificate I got for Christmas. The sales person had mistakingly sold a merchandise credit card. I was inconvenienced for a few minutes, but the sales person rectified the error quickly and vey professionally.
