Both Monique and Julia were very nice and cared to help me out with what I needed. I Came in to get my bracelets, rings and necklace cleaned. But ended up buying a present for a friends birthday. The saleswomen were able to answer all my questions.

I came in with my girlfriend to see if the ring I bought could be repaired, but the associate Asen told us it was still available and that he would make the exception and just go ahead and exchange it so we did not have to wait for repairs. Asen did not even question it or try to turn us away he took care of our problem in only about a minute. This is some of the best customer service that we have received in a very long time.

The woman helping was warm inviting and knowledgeable about your products. This was my first visit. I got bracelet and charm and am retuning Saturday to buy 2mire charms and a security chain.

This visit started off real rocky because I Had purchased some items last month and they were not able to find it in the system, also my item was damage so they was not going to replace it. I asked for a manager and between the associate and the manager they were able to location my it in the system. The last visit they put it under the wrong number. Before I left the store everything was put under my phone number correctly.

i was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because i really liked the bracelet and the charm. there were very good deals. the associate was very nice to me, and very sweet.
