Before I was even in the store I was greeted. I got setup with a girl to help me choose through the selection of necklaces. She helped me out and gave me her opinion. In the end I bought what I thought was best. She boxed it and wrapped it for me which I thought was great. Overall awesome experience at the woodfield location.

I came in looking for a ring that i saw on the website and the sales associate was knowledgeable enough to find the ring in the size i was looking for in a timely manner.
