I purchased birthstone earrings for my daughter, when i came home i wasn't happy with the color. I went back to the store and the sales staff were completely understanding and i was given a full refund! They showed me other earrings and i ended up buying two different pairs:) so happy with my purchase!

I had to purchase gifts for 3 coworkers who were retiring. I gave the saleswoman information about each of the woman. She brought me charms that were perfect for each one. I had so much fun!

I was Highly Satisfied with my salesperson, Murda S. was so kind and knowledgeable. She personally looked at my Pandora bracelet and charms to see what style I liked and pulled trays that fit my interest. She was lovely.

Customer service is very nice. The lady helping me made my exchange a quick painless process, we were in and out within 10 minutes. She had lots of knowledge about the swelling of fingers so i knew what size to get.

I was highly satisfied because of Ashley’s ability to be personable as well as knowledgeable. Kinda didn’t have an idea of what I wanted and threw some ideas out as far as what I liked and Ashley pulled some things and ultimately I bought the 2 she suggested. She was wonderful! Totally love her and next time I go back I will be requesting to work with her
