I was very happy with the way my sales associate (Hana S.) helped me. She was very patient and calm. She basically waited on me "hand and foot". You don't see/experience this kind of customer service anywhere anymore. Because she was so nice, I even wanted to spend more money (which I did)! Thank you so much Pandora! Keep hiring people who are patient, compassionate, and understanding! It really does go a long way!

I had a question about a gift I received, everyone was very helpful. The store manager adjusted my bracelet and answered my questions about the new style of bracelets. I also purchased a new charm and a ring. Very satisfied.
