I got a ring for Christmas that was way too small. My gift did not include a gift receipt unfortunately. But, the manager was kind enough to okay go exchange my small ring for the right size.

It was super busy the day that I went and they were very organized. The sales associate made sure the ring I wanted wasn’t to big. They were quick to help me find what I was looking for.

I had a good time just looking around I did buy a charm and safety chain at a reasonable prices down the sale man was very nice and helpful and know the merchandise

The associate was extremely helpful. She should be a variety of charms based on what I liked. She also recommended items that thought I would be interested in.

The employees were very nice. And my visit did not take long at all.

I have a pandora bracelet that I received as a gift. The clasp broke last week. I was really upset about it. I brought it in and was given a replacement even though I didn’t have my receipt with me. I then bought 2 more charms!!

The store managed the comfort level by only allowing a certain amount of guests at one time. This made for a very pleasant experience. The sales associate was very knowledgeable
