Other than waiting to in line to get into the store, we enjoyed shopping at the Woodfield Mall Pandora and are very happy with our purchases. Our sales associate was friendly and helpful.

I received a bracelet and charm as a Christmas gift and wasn't sure if my bracelet was fitting properly so I took it to a Pandora store to get it sized. I was impressed with the readiness of the staff to assist and Anna was our sales person. She was very helpful and patient with me and exchanged my bracelet for the right fit.
