Pandora Jewelry

I have social anxiety, this makes it difficult for me to go out and socialize with people. As a result, I do most of my shopping online. However, I had to shop in person that day because some items were not available online. The items appear on Pandora.net but instead of getting the option to add them to the shopping cart, the website says, "Find Nearest Store". Once I showed up at the store, I was informed that the items are not available online because they were discontinued. Lisa gave me another website (ruelala.com) where she said that they might be available. She also advised that they might be available at an outlet in Wisconsin (I forgot the name of the Outlet). As a result, I ended up purchasing other items that I wanted and would've purchased online anyway. Lisa was very polite, calm, compassionate, empathetic, caring, and understanding. She made me forget about my social anxiety. She also made me feel less shy. She loves Pandora jewelry just as much as I do (probably even more as she wears more than 5 Pandora charm bracelets ON EACH WRIST)! Overall, she was AWESOME! GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!

The sales person Monique #162366 was fantastic! She knew the products gave me options. Helped me with possible suggestions; which I loved and I bought more product.

I bought two charms, and I wanted another one, they were out of stock and offered and did call another store to find it for me Great Customer Service

Associate Rosie S was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Although is was cyber Monday and Pandora had a terrific sale, didn't mind the wait. Happy the store had in stock the charms I purchased.

The friendlyness of the associates, me and my daughter were given a bottle of water while Rosie the associate helped us. I was very pleased.
