I called ahead of time to check to see if I was able to exchange my ring for a different size and the Pandora associate was incredibly helpful. She set aside the size I planned to exchange my current ring for and when I arrived at the store the exchange process was quick and easy. She was very kind and I’m very satisfied with the entire experience.

I am satisfied with my Pandora visit because I found exactly what I needed. Everything was so clean and beautiful and the employees made it easy to pick out what I wanted.
