The girl who help helped us was so helpful and was able to get exactly what I wanted. She was able to find suggestions as I wasn’t sure what I wanted completely. She was friendly and kind.

When I arrived at the store there was a line waiting to get in. My mother and I got in line to wait. While waiting in line the store manager Karen came over to talk and to let us know that the wait wouldn’t be long. She was right I might’ve waited 15 to 20 minutes. Which wasn’t bad being that they are following guidelines for the Covid19. We were invited into the store. My mom was originally looking for a specific charm that she had lost. They had that charm but she decided to change her mind. We were informed about the current sale going on which is 50% off certain items. Mikayla Z was our sales person. She is so knowledgeable about the charms and what she might thinks works best with the color bracelet that you have. She answered all the questions that we had and didn’t rush us at all. I ended up purchasing two charms for my moms bracelet. And my dad purchased two charms also. I didn’t want to take up anymore time in the store to the customers waiting so I will definitely return to this location. You guys are so sweet and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

The salesperson Mikayla Z no. 175633 was extremely helpful and nice. I use a wheelchair so she brought everything to me so I didn’t have to try to move around the store and the people.
