With the store restrictions due to COvID-19, it was so easy to call the store at Park Meadows and speak with Annie (maybe Anne?). She said to pick a charm I liked on-line and they were doing curbside delivery. Helpful, thoughtful, explained the process well.

The ladies here are the absolute best. There are other places to find your products but we always visit the store at Park Meadows. Customer service at it's best.

During Covid19 my experience with the store staff was excellent. I called them with the list of things I wanted, they had everything in stock, explained how to do a curb side pickup and that same day I picked up my items. Everything was flawless, the girl came to my care with the bag, I paid right there on her ipad. She was wearing a mask and gloves. Great experience. Got a last minute graduation gift without getting stressed out.

Because of COVID-19 I had to call in an order for curbside pick up. Had a little difficulty reaching an associate, but after I did she was very helpful and had exactly what I needed. Curbside pick up went smoothly

They helped me order graduation gifts that were impossible for me to order on line by myself.
