Karen was busy in the store today, but was in frequent communication with customers apologizing for the delay and she'd be with everyone as soon as she could. She wass even able to help me and another customer at the same time! Thank you Karen!

Everything went well. The only problem I have is my receipt was supposed to be emailed to me and I never got my receipt emailed to me. I need to return one item and I hoping they’ll be able to look up my purchase since I never received my receipt.

My daughter and I were very happy and satisfied with the friendliness and helpful attention from the sales staff. Sharon was very personable and helpful guiding us with very helpful suggestions. She was very knowledgeable and quite patient with us showing us many options to go with what we had in mind for a Christmas gift for my grandaughter. We will certainly return. To the store in the future.

Karen is always a joy to work with. The service and selection is great. I actually enjoy going to the mall if Pandora is on my list.

I love Disney. Pandora has beautiful charms. I have 5 bracelets filled with charms. There is always room for more.
