We were greeted within seconds of walking in the doors and allowed to shop without feeling pressured into buying. Once we made the purchase it was very smooth and hassle free.

Even though my kids were being a bit difficult the sales associate was very nice & corteous. She answered all my questions & was willing to take the time to show me the items I asked about. She was great!

I was very satisfied with my experience because the staff knew what I needed and I got it within 10 minutes. It was a promise ring for my soon to be fiancé. I got her it probably two years ago and one of the diamonds fell out so they replaced it with a new one.

We went into the store to look at charm necklaces and charms to purchase for our daughter in lieu of a senior class ring. The gal that assisted us was super friendly and helpful and helped us put together a beautiful charm necklace for our daughter! My daughter was thrilled with her necklace!

The lady (I think the manager maybe?) that is always there when I go is super friendly and kind. She is always very helpful.
