I knew what I wanted, and the associate helped me go in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes!

I found the jewelry I was looking for at this store. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

I got my first ever Pandora bracelet with 2 charms but I didn't like that I HAD to get 2 clips too because I only planed on the charms and the bracelet. I didn't like that they had a bracelet that I planed on getting in the catalog but then when I got there they said it was being expired. They also didn't have one of the charms I wanted that was in the book. BUT I did like how they did have some of the charms, were friendly, nice, let me try on the bracelet before I bought it, I also liked how clean and organized the store was.

Pain free return. I did have to return to store to return this item because the first time I went to return it I had not received new Pandora credit card in the mail so the store was unable to return on my first attempt to return the item.

The sales associate (Karen) was very informative. She was able to show us which charms I needed for both bracelets I own.
