Sales associates were very helpful in helping me pick out charms that matched the theme I was looking for. Store was very clean and inviting.

Staff very conscientious, professional and knowledgeable. We returned to the store the following day (2/18/2018) as we were having problems with the bracelet clasp being hard to close. The salesperson was far less conscientious and service oriented as we were basically told the clasp was the way it was and to more or less deal with it.

The quality is very good. The selection is very good. The staff is always courteous and informative.

I was able to exchange a gift quite easily. The sales associate was very willing to let me try on multiple bracelet styles to ensure I found one I was happy with. I was able to examine multiple charms, hands on, without feeling rushed.

Great service, lots of options

This was my first visit to the store and I was amazed at the selection! I could have spent hours just looking at all the beautiful jewelry. I also love the fact that the sales associate knew so much about the merchandise. I am hooked on Pandora!

Salesperson Jody was extremely helpful and her knowledge was outstanding. My husband and I spent a lot of time in this store, it's very convenient to where we live. The charm selection was great.

I was inquiring as to the function of a certain product (safety chain) and asking whether it was recommended. The salespeople were very knowledgable on the product and showed me the different varieties. The Co-Manager I spoke with even had it on one of her bracelets and showed me how it worked first hand and shared personal stories on why she believed in the product.
