The sales person was knowledgeable, helpful, let me try on her bracelets, and helped me pick charms, chains... it was fun.

Took my bracelet in for cleaning and it was damaged during the process. When brought to their attention they immediately gave me a new bracelet and arranged all my charms on it. Was very satisfied with the service.

All sales personnel were great. Took in two Pandora charm bracelets with murano glass charms and many retired charms, also many yellow gold charms to be cleaned. I was very impressed how they handled the cleaning and accounting of all my special charms assuring me that I would be very pleased with their cleaning process and handling of my precious charms. They did a wonderful job taking pictures, counting all charms before they took my bracelets in for cleaning. I also need up buying two safety chains and one cruise ship charm. I will definitely return!! Thank You.

When we entered we were greeted by both associates. I asked about a security chain for my bracelet given to me for Christmas. The associate was able to show me the choices, explain the different types and inform me of the use and care of the bracelet and charms.

Customer service was great, and great product value

I was returning a gift I've gotten for Christmas for my son. I thought this might be much more difficult to exchange for something I wanted, the associate made it very easy for me to do so and I left feeling very happy.
