The sales staff was extremely friendly and helpful. In addition to my purchase I brought in a bracelet to be cleaned and I was embarrassed by how dirty it was. The staff made me feel so comfortable and took away my embarrassment by saying they've seen worse, and told me not to forget that it is silver so this happens, that's why they offer to clean the items for their customers.

The sales woman was lovely and highly knowledgeable. I was only mildly disappointed in the lack of animal options for charms, especially since I live out of state so obtaining a charm that was exclusive to Denver was my main purpose.

We had an amazing two sales associates. They knew what they were doing and talking about. The deal where you pay 100 and get a free ring up to 65 dollar value was awesome. We got 4 free rings because of this promotion.

I wanted a pair of earrings for my granddaughter that were only available at another store, but one I would pass on my way home. The store manager called to reserve the earrings and when I walked in, they were waiting for me. I really appreciate both stores going the extra distance for me. (the stores: Park Meadows and Southwest Plaza, both in Colorado.)

I was greeted and taken care of quickly. The person who helped me in my first visit was very helpful to take advantage of a promotion. My bracelet that I had cleaned is beautiful again!
