Speed was service was slow, the associate didn’t know much about merchandise and had nothing to say when asked for recommendations

Sales associate was not pleasant, luckily I knew what I wanted but she was not helpful. Seemed like she was not happy to be there.

I will most likely seek out and purchase from an alternate Pandora store. The store in Park Meadows Mall is very small and appeared to have limited merchandise. Everything else with the store was just fine.

I was satisfied but overall. I just wish the sales transaction were faster. The staff was welcoming and friendly with my needs.

Choices for the clip on charms with silicone which are used to keep the safety chains in place are limited. I never see charms on sale!

Not enough of 14kt gold charms

As a transgender woman I was misgendered a few times by the staff members, so hopefully this feedback helps to apologize after miss gendering someone or bother to ask what pronouns will the trans person to use.
