Not everything was in stock.

Seemed kind of annoyed when asked about the sale items

Michael was nice and knowledgable. He knew the answers to my questions, and helped me with what to do next in buying a Pandora bracelet. He was a transfer from a different store.

The associate I worked with pushed the Pandora credit card pretty hard. I do understand that it's his job, but I had to tell him no 4 times.

I was satisfied with my visit to this store.

The staff who is helping me trying to find the merchandise that I want to exchange due to the bangle clip broke. Without looking she told the associate that it was out. I just feel like she didn’t want me to be in store. But finally the associate that helping me open the draw and found 1. At this time there is 4 customers walk in and then another customer walk in my daughter give me a signal of too many peoples inside the store.

I shopped online- I was not in a store so not all questions relevant to my shopping experience

Sales person said my receipt would be emailed I haven’t received it yet

This shop didn't have what I was shopping for. I had to purchase something else instead. I had been looking for a specific gift.
