Pandora Jewelry

a friend and I came to the store yesterday and waited about 10-15 minutes to be helped. As we looked around waiting, some teenagers came in, very loudly, and walked right up to someone and asked for help. She looked over at us and told us someone would be with us shortly. We left. If the online store had what I wanted, I would not have gone back to the store today to pick it up. I would have purchased online, because we both thought this to be very rude.

There were very few charms left for Mother's day. Also, I was looking for an orange charm, which was not available at the store.

It's a very small, tight location. I don't live near this store.

I went in two locations and didn’t really find what I was looking, had to buy something similar.

The sales associate could have been more friendly and nice

I was very satisfied. The choice of jewelry were really nicee. I loved the ones i bought.

The sales associate didn’t want to be there or be assisting us and it was very obvious. Other than that the store and the rest of the experience was great.

Disappointed I was not offered a small jewelry bag or box following my purchase. Disappointed Koala bear charm was not available for purchase in the store the day I went.

Very nice store

Thought the prices were too high. I was looking for a mother/daughter charm as I lost my only daughter, but didn’t care for the 2 that were presented. I need more color on my necklace and bracelet but the Mirano glass beads are out of my price range. I was only able to buy one.
