I was still quite satisfied with my Pandora experience. The sales staff was quite friendly. The only negative aspect of the store is that it's a bit small.

Low staffing for holiday weekend. service response was slow. cheaper bracelet material for same price as old higher quality material.

The main reason we stopped in was to exchange my mother in law's bracelet that broke. It was a process to get this exchanged and took about a month. I would be more satisfied if we did not have the process take this long.

I am a huge Pandora fan; however, this store in particular seemed a bit smaller than the other shops that I have been too (Flat Irons and Cherry Creek Mall). Overall, it seemed a bit cramped in size. Therefore, it was difficult to move around and browse.

The new bracelet I received doesn't close and has resulted in my losing a charm

They did not have the charm in rose gold that I wanted! There wasn't any promotions going on!

I was pretty satisfied with my experience. When I was finding the right ring size, it wasn’t as easy as when I tried on the tester rings to figure what size, it fit. But when I went home with my ring, it didn’t fit very good as it was too large.

The sales associate seemed a little irritated that I had my kids with me. Friendly but a little short.

I would have preferred to know the price of the items so I wasn’t guessing how much I was going to be paying in the end.
