Pandora Jewelry

The charms are nice, but I was looking for charms with more a horse, cowboy or southwestern theme. My granddaughter loves horses and you don't have any available. I hope you will add a line of this theme in the future. Thanks

I had to ask for a small Pandora Pouch for the two charm clips I purchased. The sales associate told me I could have a pouch or a box. I think I should have been offered box and pouch without my having to ask.

It was before mother’s day but it was not guys. It took a while to get taken care of because everyone had a specific “job” and they had to stick to their jobs. They were confused about what their responsibilities were and it was not a great experience.

Everything was pretty good, I just felt that the fact that it was my first time buying a Pandora the saleswoman was rushing me and I felt like she was kind of impatient with me. The store was empty so she should have taken the time, I would have bought more but she was not helping much.

I was not highly satisfied as it took a few minutes for the ladies to finish chatting before they ask if they could help, and instead of showing what I ask for would continue showing other things am sure they want to sale but please listen to the customer.

When I first arrived into the store to exchange a ring size the sales associate looked at my friend and I and whispered something to the sales associate that actually helped us. It did not seem like she was asking her to help us but more of expressing a concern of some sort. It made my friend and I uncomfortable but the sales associate that actually helped us was very nice and helpful.

There are no discounts offered . I wish there will some promos and discounts especially during a storewide sale.

I was looking for Black charms or beads for a bracelet that I am working on.

N/A not sure why am asked to put something here. I looked online and went to the store knowing what I wanted. was in and outof the store just how I like to shop.
