They sent the Christmas charms back early and they didn't have one charm in stock that I wanted to see.

store personnel were not that friendly and simply stood back and waited to be needed. Then they were somewhat unresponsive and uninterested in educating the customer on what Pandora actually is, etc. If this is your first experience with Pandora this store is not the store to go to. Unprofessional and indifferent. However the people BEHIND the counter were friendlier, maybe because they were the ones taking our money.

I was satisfied. The sale associate was clearly new to the business and still in training. Therefore she didn’t know all the merchandise, their prices, if they were available, etc... however, she was enthusiastic, asked others questions when needed and ultimately was able to find everything I wanted.

The checkout process was very slow. There was one person at the register. Another was wrapping a gift for the customer before me. The person at the register who was NOT in the process of ringing a transaction, told me I had to wait [for the second sales associate to finish wrapping the purchase of the customer before me}. So, I stood there and waited as did the cashier (who stood with her hands folded, completely silent, not even touching the register) until the second associate finished wrapping the purchase. I know for a fact that other retailers would have been more expeditious in getting me rung up and on my way. Reducing a customer's wait time is crucial during the holidays. Pandora failed miserably and will have unnecessary long lines and unhappy customers if they can't process a sale quickly.
