Need to hire more staff. Was waiting for quite a long time before I was helped due to the two associates who were helping other customers. It took way too long and I was about to leave. A suggestion would be to get a small bench for waiting customers to sit at and provide a larger booklet and maybe a note pad where we can write down the charms we want or are interested in while we wait. It will keep us busy and also be to the benefit of the staff.

I bought two rings and they are not the size I asked for. The salesperson had a tough time listening as I had to repeat myself three times about which ring I wanted.

I travel a lot and have three girls! Every time go abroad like to buy them a charm. My last visit in London got a little soldier charm and gave to one of my daughters. Unfortunately after few week my daughter realized that the soldier broke and was missing.I Went to the store here in Colorado and told them what happened and they said there was nothing they can do, I even showed them the receipt. That was kind disappointing. Because I was buy charms for myself, 3 daughters and a best friend. Wish the company has some kind of policy that can cover the charms that we buy abroad or other states.

The service there is usually great. But this time when I went in, the sales person was on her Apple Watch and completely ignoring me and my friend. We go to this store a lot and we haven’t seen her since today and it just didn’t feel right. I asked about seeing the selection of filler beads and she didn’t even want to put the tray out for us to look at. She completely covered on of the section of charms when I was trying to look at things with my friend and it was just a bad time when we were there this time.

I spent $260 in this store and after purchasing I said thank you and the sales person says “uh huh”. Rude. No thank you for my purchase.

I'm pretty sure it was the store manager her name was Karla, she was super rude and had a problem with where I was standing and waiting for next associate, She seen me walk in didn't give me any direction on which line I was supposed to wait in and then when she approached me she rolled her eyes and told someone else to help me, she's very unprofessional she even treated the cashier that did help me rude as well not sure if she was having a bad day or overwhelmed but you can't get upset with people if you're not giving them direction where you need them to be, I wanted to buy more charms for my bracelet that I got for Christmas she was hovering over a display so I was not able to look at any charms and she knew I was trying to walk around her to look at them and didn't proceed to allow me to look, I walked out feeling rushed and not able to look at more items, I initially went to pick up and order that wast past 8hours in-store pick up, yes I knew they were busy and I was in no hurry.

The sales associate did not pay much attention to to me and what I was looking for. Seemed like they were more concerned with the other associates. I went in for a certain charm and did not like the way it looked in person, so I asked to see the other Disney charms. I was not shown everything they had until I went over to the other display where there were more and asked to see them. I didn't feel like I was taken care of well and it seemed like the whole store was more worried about the employees than the customer.
