I walked in and everyone was busy. Understandably so, it was the day after Christmas. My fiancé waited at the counter for an associate to be free while I looked around. As we were waiting, a few more people came in. One associate became free and immediately walked right past my fiancé at the counter to help one of the women who had walked in after us. I let it slide, then a second associate became free and did the exact same thing. We had been waiting 15 minutes with no help and these women were helped immediately while we were overlooked. We ended up leaving the store out of frustration. We went back and made our purchase later

my sales person was great but she had to ask another sales person a question and this person got an attitude and rolled her eyes to top it off i think she was a manager>

The sales associate was very rude to my mother and I, she seemed she didn’t care for her job made us wanting to buy something hard! I would ask her if there were other rings on display and she said by size and I said so you don’t have all on display and yet again in a rude tone said by size.. she had no knowledge on the products and had to continue to look up the rings! Me and my mother will never return back at this one due to her attitude with us!

The selection for the certain line I was looking at wasn't all available. The prices are sometimes wayyy over priced for what you get. I'm still trying to forgive pandora after a terrible experience I had in the Cherry Creek location, which I'll never go back to. The sales person was great, sweet, really knowledgeable.

The sales lady was a bit rude she did not look like she wanted to be there. She ignored most questions and looked annoyed to answer the rest.

The employee looked like they didn’t want to be there. Due to their attitude, we limited our purchase to only 1 charm because she wasn’t entertaining our questions or our interest in the merchandise. An expired sale sign was still up, when I asked about it she told me that sale had ended days ago. The store was empty when we arrived and the employee still didn’t offer the help we needed. Definitely not going back to that Pandora.

Shopping as a mom isnt the easiest on a busy Saturday morning, and employee was in a rude attitude as of being there with kids was terrible she was trying to rush my choice as i wasn't sure which option i wanted as soon as i changed my mind on one she seemed bother pushing drawers in loudly

I’ve been to this Pandora location multiple times and I never leave Pandora unsatisfied but the associate who was helping was not very helpful. When I would ask a question she was never sure or seemed confused. The associate gave me a rude tone and wasn’t very professional.
