Waited a long time before a sales associate stepped forward to ask if I needed help~she was not helping anyone else to my knowledge. Associate acted indifferent to helping me until I had purchased my items then she “warmed” up.

There were 3 associates that did not want to be there and were not helpful at all. I asked to get my bracelet cleaned and the woman rolled her eyes at me.

After the purchase I wanted to exchange a ring that was purchased in Feb 2022. Still under the year warranty and they didn't want to do it. They said it was normal wear and tear but this is not true we own many Pandora jewelry and we haven't has a problem with it. Is just with this ring

I placed an order online for a Mother’s Day charm. Got to the store in the mall and the charm I ordered was not in the baggie with my name on it. I was not invited into the store, but the sales associate randomly picked a different (much more expensive) charm and sold that one to me. Now I have to return it in order to find one closer to what my wife wanted in the first place.

There were 3-4 associates, one has said Hi, and others were busy putting away the new merchandises. They were all blocking the show cases since they are working on those, and even I was showing the gesture of browsing, no one has moved a step away from show case so I can find something I liked or anyone has offered help. Very disappointed- They need more training on how to provide the better customer service. I visited on 4/7/22 around 5-6pm.

Decided to treat myself to some new charms. Inside the store were 3 employees: two standing chatting and blocking my way and one at the rear counter looking at her cellphone. The lack of friendliness or customer service cost you a large sale. Instead of purchasing many new charms, I settled for 1 and departed disgusted.

Packaged the wrong merchandise

Brunette sales associate who helped me from the beginning did not mention there were different sizes of bracelets. When she was finalizing my purchase, she asked the other blonde sales associate who joined in on the transaction what size it was. I then said I didn't know there were different sizes and that I would like the smaller size. The blonde lady rolled her eyes and proceeded to unbag the bracelet and replace it with the smaller one with attitude. She untied the bow and retied it as if it were that big of an inconvenience. It was their fault they did not make it clear there were different sizes from the very beginning, so I do not appreciate getting attitude for their mistake. Completely unprofessional and will not return to the Park Meadows location ever again. Very rude and condescending.

Had an exchange item coming from another store. Did not arrive until after 8 days. Required an extra phone call to actually get item shipped from other store.
