The Sales Assiciate who helped me (I believe her name was Jodi) was fantastic.I came to pick up the jewelry after it was clean and someone else assisted me. My jewelry was handed to me soaking wet. I counted the beads and noticed one was missing. I said so to the associate who immediately claimed the clasp counted as a bead and claimed there was nothing missing. Although I disagreed because I saw Jodi count them and write the total down, I was presented with the book to sign stating I picked up what was left. I got a call that evening from Alyssa on my voicemail, although she left no details as to what she was calling me for. I returned the call and spoke with Alyssa who asked me if I could attend an employee meeting. I was taken aback and said so. She then said that wasn’t the reason for her call and told me I could come in anytime to pick up my missing bead. I was shocked and told her I knew one was missing but was dismissed when I said it. Although she apologized for the error, she offered zero incentive to keep me as a customer. No coupon, no discount for the inconvenience in my having to give up an hour of my life to return to the store, nothing.

I asked for a box couple time to go with my newly purchased bracelet. However the sales associate kept denied my request. She sent me out of the store whiteout a package box and a jewelry pouch. She told me just go home put it to ziplock bag to prevent silver get tarnished. I asked her again, she just kept insisting ziplock bag is only I need. I am Asian. I felt highly discriminated by this associate.

The sales associate was so extremely rude. I understand it is the holidays and I am sure it is extremely difficult, but she snapped at me while I was checking out. I was very disappointed and upset with her tone and the way she was talking to me. I felt as though I was very nice and understanding and did not at all deserve to be treated so rudely. This has really changed my opinion on Pandora.

I came into the store with my sister and we were excited to get matching charms. The sales associate lady named Markeisha W. #212323 was extremely rude. She made no eye contact with either of us the whole time, she really had no knowledge of the product, nor did she help us find what we’re looking for. We still bought charms but the whole process she was highly passive aggressive and had a bad attitude. I understand having a bad day but you leave that stuff outside of the workplace. Pandora is one of the more affordable jewelry store but you are still paying a good amount of money when purchasing so I would expect to be treated a little bit nicer. We picked out our charms and she didn’t even put them on the bracelet for us, she just tossed them onto the table. When I asked to see the rings she would pull them out and just walk away, leaving them on the table. Overall, she was just plain out rude. EVERYTIME I come to this location I am never really satisfied with their level of customer service. A lot of the women that work in this specific location have way to much attitude to be considered a “sales associate” I work in customer service and this is unacceptable.

Lady with long hair has horrible attitude; just wanted to chat with manager and not work. She dropped pearl charm I wanted to floor! And gave it to us like nothing happened.of course we didn’t like that we asked for a different assistant, new employee helped us.

No greeting when I walked in, no other customers in store at the time, 2 employees just stared at me, another customer came in after me no greeting either or offered help, one employee was dressed like she was going to the gym, so unprofessional and rude

They staff was not friendly at all. They were not helpful during our picking process. While we were looking at rings it felt like she was rushing us and started tapping her nails on the glass. She was very rude and the whole staff felt very snobby. Did not feel welcomed and probably won’t be going there anymore. I’ve gone on two separate occasions and it’s been the same both times, but this one was worse.

I toll the rep to engrave the charm with yesterday day the day of the purchase because that’s our anniversary 05/06/2022 And the day she engrave was 04/06/2022 When toll her mistake She said she cannot do anything about it and if you need it I need to buy and pay for the engrave and charm again this is the first time I’m buying in this store my wife love you Brand she it’s a loyal customer that’s why I want to Surprise her so I left the store with the wrong day And even though the person who help me? Know that she made a mistake she didn’t do anything about it to fix it disappointing
