they didn't have the size, which is normal in a popular piece, but still the sales associate was like i was interrumtping her, even though i explained i was a tourist, she didn't make me feel welcome nore respected, i was more like low rated cutomer and therefore don't feel like ever coming again if only that woman is available to help me.

Upon my arrival, there was a line which is understandable and not a problem at all. I expected To wait. While I was being waited on in the store, The associate “helping me” never greeted me and Seemed as if she was in a rush. Again, understandable. First thing she shouted out was, “what are you looking for?” I responded “charms.” She tells me, “well there are over 175 of them, what Kind?” I tell her the new charms, designed around Christmas. She shows them to me and I picked out the one I wanted. She scrambles just to tell me it’s out of Stock. I picked another and a third one before we had any luck. I was standing, browsing one of the catalogs, when another employee walks up and says, “can I see this for a minute?” She proceeds to take the catalog without a response as if that was the only book in the store. I waited to see if she was going to hand it back, which she didn’t, the associate working with me, walks away and comes back WITH THE SAME EXACT CATALOG! I notified the assistant on duty because the manager on duty was on break. She assured me that was the only catalog in the store, which I seen for myself That it wasn’t.

No issues with the store itself, have had very pleasant experiences in the past. Client service rep who was assisting me was extremely rude. She asked me to pull out my phone and look at merchandise online before I asked for her help. Did not want to show me any merchandise was upset when I’d ask. Was rude to me the whole time. The whole reason to shopping in store is to be able to see the merchandise not have to look it up on my phone. Don’t understand why people are upset to DO THEIR JOB.

Sales agent provided me an empty box with no earrings I realized this right away. This was to be a gift that I wasn’t going to open but something pushed me to and box was empty I’ve been a client for 5 plus years this was strange we went back to store we acted as nothing and gave us the earrings this worries me because over the holidays how many people don’t check what they bought as it’s a gift and ended up giving empty boxes, I personally get an empty box and would never say anything out of embarrassment, this seems like a scam, just by the way she acted I am not going back. Cute and reasonable stuff but not to get scammed.

I bought a bracelet and charm and ring for a total of $145. I have lost the ring and return the charm in exchange with the ring I love. I put my bracelet on the counter and go. (Unfortunately I forgot it). When go back to get it, it wasnt there anymore. I asked for CCTV Record but sadly the CCTV was just a decoration inshort NOT WORKING for a safety and confident of the customers to shop in side the store. Its just so Frustrated at al!!

I went in to look at the clearance items. I asked to look at them. The rep stated that she could only show me one case at a time due to security reasons. The customer next to me has two cases out. Merae made me feel uncomfortable. The next thing that I disliked is that I asked her if the Disney glowed in the dark. She said she didn't know. I had to look online for my answer while in store for the questions I asked. I was planning on making a few purchases but due to her lack of knowledge and attitude she showed I decided I wouldn't be making a purchase. She made me feel as if I couldn't afford the items or I was going to steal something.

Very Unique Experience, INDEED!! The staff was pretentious and rude and abrupt! I'd purchased almost $200 in charms and was reprimanded because I'd brought my grandchildren into the store. At one point the Blonde associate (who wasn't waiting on me) snatched the display piece from my grandson's hand because she felt he was going to break it. That wasn't the case and I left feeling very disrespected and I'll NEVER go into this store again! I buy charms once a year and I'll either go online or another Pandora Store. Horrid experience and made to feel little because I had my grandchildren with me. HORRID!!

I went to Pandora store in NC, Charlotte, where Charleen helped me. She was a sweet heart, lovely lady and with knowledge about the product. I thought that here in Denver they will be the same. However , they were rude, they hand me the ring, they did not wrap it, they did not clean it, they did the exchange and not ask me if I wanted to keep buying. I had to make 2 separate transactions, not to mentioned they did not ask to see more rings, the girls had an attitude and they were in a rush. I was there early in the afternoon, so the store was not near closing. I will never return to this store. Horrible customer service, not to mentioned they even had an attitude when I did the exchange. Very disappointed! I wanted to see more, but after their attitude, I just left and not even finish to keep shopping there.
