The sales associate Ceoni has by far been the best I’ve had in any store in my recent memory. Not meaning Pandora stores I mean any store that I’ve had interaction with a sales person. Very friendly, knowledgeable and all around professional.

The staff at this store was so friendly and helpful! They greeted me quickly and were good at managing customers and arrival time. I asked for my bracelet to be cleaned. Terrise went above and beyond cleaning. I liked that I was invited to browse while the bracelet was cleaned. We had a lovely chat and she and her colleague helped me choose and arrange the charms so the bracelet looks perfect.
