My sales associate, Sheree, was very attentive and informative. She helped guide me through the selection process of charms, bracelet, safety chains, etc. Her patience and kindness allowed me to feel very comfortable with her and I immediately knew she was looking out for me.

I was greeted and helped soon as I walked in the door. I showed her online the things I wanted to buy and she knew every charm and exactly where they were. Something I wanted was out of stock and she recommended other things.
