I’m satisfied because the way of jewelry it’s good the people it’s so lovely and every year I shop at pandora and they clean my jewelry I loved

My sales representative was awesome. She helped me find my first Pandora bracelet and took her time and show me items that I would like. She listened to me of what I needed and in the end I walked out with more than what I thought I would purchase.

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and had no problem finding it. The person who assisted me also suggested other charms and was extremely friendly.

The staff was very friendly yet prifessional. They were also not pushy. I came in with an exchange but i also purchased other murchandise. They helped me with that but i did not leave feeling like i was pushed into a sale.

The Customer Service Was Great. The Store Was Very Clean. The Associate That Helped Me Tatyana B. Was Very Knowledgeable And Her Upselling Skills Was Amazing. I Came In Just To Exchange My Bracelet I Received For My Birthday And To Get A Clip For My Other Bracelet And I Left Out With 6 New Charms A Clip And All Of My Bracelets Being Cleaned.

Pandora gives great selection of charms. great service and knowledgeable staff plus I like that they keep your charms nice and polished when you need it to be.
