In today's world customer service is somewhat ugghhh. When I stepped into the store I was greeted & immediately assisted with a genuine smile. I picked up an order & also purchased spacers for My charms & I must say they definitely make My bracelet pop! I will be back. Thank You to Kierah!

I arrived early and the experience was amazing! Sales associate were cheerful and professional without any pressure to spend more than necessary.

I reached out to LaFaye prior to coming to the store and shared with her how I was needing to add charms to my bracelet. She immediately gave me her schedule and asked me my favorite colors. I connected with her on yesterday and it was an hour well spent. I also took pictures of future charms to purchase.

The sales lady was very nice. She was available if I needed her but she also let me look without hovering over me. The merchandise was was laid out where you could see what was available.

Walked in I was greeted with a smile storefront was very clean I was shown many different charms until I was satisfied.

The associates greet you as you enter the store. They were all with other customers but I did not feel ignored. Joan B was knowledgeable on the merchandise and help with my decision on what I purchased.
